WACOL PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

Two international organizations, a South African based developmental organization with support from SIDA/ Swedish NGO Foundation for Human Rights and Action aid Nigeria in 2002 and 2003 respectively carried out an organizational assessment of WACOL. Also SNR/DFID carried out the same assessment. Their findings were that Women Aid Collective is a credible NGO whose institutional capacity in terms of human and managerial capacity is exemplary. Under the PADEF process of assessment, Action aid Nigeria certified WACOL as an organization with clear vision and mission, and emphasized that our growth rate is phenomenal considering the number of years WACOL has been in existence.
