A participatory approach led to the creation of a five-year strategic plan (2026-2030). Following the OMT, a staff retreat assessed the previous strategic plan and initiated the new framework, including context analysis, program strategy, monitoring, and a costed plan. This new strategy emphasizes partnerships, community engagement, transformative leadership, and sustainable funding.
